I am still undecided on Carine Roitfeld's lace outfit. Grazia, however, has decided and in part this prompted them to ask, "Is this the worst month in fashion ever?" They come up with some really funny answers to their own question. I must say that whatever your opinion of Carine's look, at least it's not Leighton Meester's outfit. I just keep shaking my head and saying, "Oh no you didn't." Then they provided the perfect counterpoint to this hot mess: elegantly dressed Courtney Love.
