Julia Restoin-Roitfeld In Abed Mahfouz

I have very little information about this photograph but Julia Restoin-Roitfeld looks so stunning here that I simply had to share it with you despite my lack of detail. Julia is wearing a gorgeous gown created by Abed Mahfouz, I think it flatters her figure perfectly. I would love to know more about the computers and the bagels in the background, a most curious setting for this splendid dress...

She sure does, Monse, the greek goddess of the kitchen!

; )

I'm happy you like it.

Grecian goddess in the making. Her hair looks so full and that style of dress works for a her feminine I'm-not-at-all envious figure. Maybe it's the photo but her skin looks very pale, which works with the smoky-eye make-up and dark, tumbling locks. Going into my favourite box.

You're the queen of never-before-seen photos!

Ok, I'm going to go alone here and say I like her make-up and she's sporting her usual bed-head (which I promose is not sarcasm - it works for her), but her dress...uh, errr...it's too low cut, saggy and a bit frumy. She looks to me like someone's serving her 'breakfast' and she's about to do the 'walk of shame' at 6 am in her party dress. I donno Kellina, that's what I see here...

She looks gorgeous despite the drooping bodice and pissy expression. Thumbs up!

Woow, what a beautiful dress! Beautiful picture, she looks gorgeous as usually!

Hm, can't agree here, sorry! This dress is not very flattering for her body, imo

Oh I love my new title, merci beaucoup, Milla! You know I aim to please and I am so happy to hear this photo is a new favorite for you.

Strange, isn't it, Maya? Looks like a computer nerd discovered a real live Grecian goddess just in time for Show-n-Tell.

HA HA! The walk of shame, funny stuff, Cupcake.
23 novembre 2010 | Registered Commenterkellina
Whoa! All that and yet a thumbs up... is it because she is dressing right for her type, Kate? Or perhaps because she manages to accomplish Everyday Glamour™ even during breakfast at the computer lab?

Hi, Maya! Glad you like!
23 novembre 2010 | Registered Commenterkellina
Ah well, Antonia, maybe next time...

The dress isn't getting the love it deserves! Okay, okay her boobs need a bit of support but other than that, she looks gorgeous!

LOL

Can't help but laughing. Only another woman could look at this stunning creature and cut her to shreds. Incredible.
24 novembre 2010 | Unregistered Commenteroncet
Milla, LOL, poor dress! There, there! As for the needed support, if you check out Mahfouz' web site it looks as if upholding the breasts is not really a factor in his design approach.... Wait.... I know... This is a job for Michael, the guest breast supporter!

LMAO, Oncet, and only a man could hold your perspective!

It HAS to be Envy

1. A feeling of grudging or somewhat admiring discontent aroused by the possessions, achievements, or qualities of another.

Nothing else makes sense--to look at this beautiful (I think she's Stunning in this particular photo--everything--no wait, let me make sure I'm choosing the right word, I don't want to overstate here--EVERYTHING--yes, that's better--about this woman's appearance just exudes and emanates smoldering female sexuality and beauty.

I have encountered this my whole life--this one-female-criticizing-another syndrome and it is very puzzling. The only thing that makes sense is plain old bald ugly sneering Envy--one of the ugliest traits of human nature.

At first glance I thought it was Elizabeth Hurley.

Oh you TICKLE me, Oncet!
27 novembre 2010 | Registered Commenterkellina
I can see that, Hutch.

I couldn't contain my giggle at Cupcake's comment.

It is the unexpected that totally makes this work. How did she get in that dress, in a kitchen/office, with bagels and computers, looking so fab? I also spy a Britta? It looks like she is trying to hydrate and snack after a night f festivities! I love it!! If only I made it look half as good as this.
