Carine Roitfeld: Get The Look

As style.com reminds us, emulating the style of the inimitable Carine Roitfeld is essentially impossible but they do offer a few ideas as to "How to Get a Certain French Editor's Casual Summer Look." Visit their site and roll over the image to see what they suggest in order to imitate Carine's outfit. I do wish it were as simple as donning a pair of chic white jeans but alas I am a realist. Notice that for less than $7,000 you can own a signed pendant crafted by Salvador Dali which is actually a lot easier to keep clean than a pair of white jeans...

LOL good point regarding the white jeans. Doesn't Carine ever dump a cup of coffee on herself?
Non, Michel, elle est parfaite !
Her own clothes are much better than the copy-cat examples they give! Is that an Equipment shirt?
Kate, that was my thought as well! Forget the cheap imitations, tell us what she is actually wearing... Yes, I do believe that is an Equipment shirt she is wearing though the company is no longer officially owned by the father of her children. Now who makes the jeans??
