I don't know if Carine is married or not but I suspect after more than 30 years with someone, you do refer to them as your wife/husband. Either way, in a world of quickie divorces and mayhem, isn't it great to see a strong working couple maintain a relationship. That's the real story!

Yes, Carine often refers to Christian as her husband though they have yet to marry. I agree with Milla's statement, it is refreshing to see a couple together for so many years regardless of labels.
