CR Fashion Book Issue 3: Hope

The third issue of CR Fashion Book bears the theme I like best thus far — Hope — but the cover gives me very little of it… I infinitely prefer the teaser cover that was shown yesterday to either of the true covers, quelle horreur ! The image of the jeweled mask seen on the teaser is mysterious, alluring, glamorous, and, by virtue of the anonymity of the mask, appealing to every woman. The actual cover images feature Kim Kardashian by Karl Lagerfeld and Riccardo Tisci and Diogo De Castro Gomes, Saville Dorfman, and Emily Ratajkowski by Bruce Weber. Surely it would be a better joke if it were the other way around… I hardly feel this is collectible, I want that bejeweled masked teaser… Carine Roitfeld, please give us Hope...

Me too, I like Kim, they sell magazines, and now Carine has jumped on the band wagon, I am sure it will be an editorial treat but I am slightly disappointed. The cover is not the pretty face i like to see. Can we just move on from these Kardashian women.

no words.

:-D
The shots are beyond horrible and while i think the issue with Paris Hilton was chic and well done (don't forget Paris is a socialite and has connections with all the rich families who are connected to the Roitfeld), this is just horrible.
I'm sorry, i dont want to support this mess...as much i adore Carine and her work.
She's gone rouge after the plies.
I quite like it actually.

#1 ......
I LOVE CARINE BUT, BUT, UMM, ......TOO MUCH TO GO INTO RIGHT NOW .
sorry folks, but I can not stand Bruce Weber! I get the male porno stuff, but he totally sucks at womens' fashion, in my opinion, i do see the artistic B. S. etc., but, please -C R - lose this loser, PLEASE!!!!!!
It looks so.....
Cover: A little anti exactly Carine and style. I LIKE :)
:)
don't like cheap paper CR is printing on,
don't like Bruce Weber,
don't like the fact that some of the stories are not edited well enough, needs less fluff for more impact,
don't like all the fiction parading as artsy commentary - too much loses interest
don't like art direction.
