Restoin-Roitfeld Shows Pol In London

Vladimir Restoin-Roitfeld opened a new exhibit featuring Parisian artist Nicolas Pol last week at The Old Dairy in London as part of the Frieze Art Fair. In typical Roitfeld fashion, the private opening party for "Nicolas Pol, Mother of Pouacrus" looks to be glamorous yet fun... check the photo gallery for evidence. I might add profitable as well: every painting sold by the evening's end, even those created merely hours before by the artist.
Asked for his inspiration for one of his paintings, Pol politely replied that he had used the idea of a virgin prostitute,"I began to see her as a hermaphrodite, masturbating, surrounded by sex toys. I just love the idea of the possessed skeleton fucking itself." Vogue Paris editor-in-chief Carine Roitfeld glowingly refers to Vladi's work: "Tonight is all about the art of my son, and I am just a proud mother." "Nicolas Pol, Mother of Pouacrus" runs from October 15 to November 5; be sure to stop in to view the art that Pol describes as his invitation to see painting as witchcraft before all the pieces are tucked away in private collections by their enchanted buyers.

Why is Carine wearing her lingerie out in public again? I'm all for showing some flesh but enough is enough.
Ciao, Gala! Sono così felice che si approva! Io email di volontà voi presto.
As for CR, that skirt is Tom Ford for YSL and not as "lingerie" as some of the actual lingerie we have seen her wear...
; )
Her hair is better straight and so very shiny. So beautiful.

the thing is not art or not art here, but it is that i know some of this people, and in reality, even if i think that maybe you too know the things i'm going to say, everybody of the stupid boys and girls here saying only "wow, fantastic what kinda cool people", has to know in reality these persons are: false, really really ignorant, and last but not least that generally (we can say 3 on 5) do not deserve 1% of what they have, because they even don t know what they have- they are really primitives and arrogant: they don t know what is a kind soul- gentleman are really different from this.
i think somebody has to talk about meritocracy, so let's try to make a discussion:
so, let's be serious
this not so nice, slim anorexic boy that you ("you") are selling to me as a "genius", did 3 or 4 exposition in one year (the first year of work) and in this year the things, i hear were like this
the first: his friends trying with their cameras to do photos(photos?)
the second: casually sponsored by lv - casually, of course
the third: armani - yes guys, armani saw him and told himself "what a brilliant boy, he's the future, now i call him and i want him to do big things with art, because he knows art better than anybody else" (paris hilton was not available at that time)
the 4th: london, museums,
it is ridiculous, and i also would like to understand and know what is this guy's job- he take mom's agenda (not him, the secretary) and he asks people if they would come to do their pr at his event?
what a fantastic job! really intellectual, as the art he purposes, of course.
and poor mama.
let's be serious
who buys this sh*t will have the half of the half he paid for.
why?
it's not me saying this, but the logic
now i wait for replies as" i have envy" and this kinda things- i hope between these answers, there will be somebody with a brain(and here there isn't a lot of brain requested to understand that i am in the reason) that will say something constructive, not for me, it's not my problem, is a problem for the community!
meritocracy, not bullshit!
sorry for my not so good english, i know you'll love me anyway!
