I would have lost the hat.....

The hat has definitely grown on me. I think Carine's style choices are perfect for the most part. Once in a while I wonder why she chooses to wear something and inevitably that something stays on my mind and I eventually end up liking it. Like the hat, it seemed so white trashy at first with the denim pencil skirt but I've slowly started to see its charm and now I predict "nouveau western" will be a full blown trend soon. For example, in this particular ensemble, wouldn't she look a little bit "witch in the boardroom" without the silly hat? I love how the guys on the side are looking at her kind of puzzled—they're in Paris, they probably see stranger things than this but it gets the attention. I dunno, it's a silly hat but I like it!
