Vladimir Restoin-Roitfeld In French

In February 2009, Vladimir Restoin-Roitfeld organized a show titled "The Works of Three Photographers" that included his friends PC Valmorbida, David Mushegain, and Salim Langatta. Housed at Collective Hardware on the Lower East Side and sponsored by Louis Vuitton, the exhibit ran for only four days but someone had the fortitude to capture the spirit of the opening on video. Check out this Facebook video in which Vladimir (along with sister Julia) appears at 1.19; though we hear only Vlad he speaks in French which I had not yet heard, c'est magnifique.

Oh I love this Gio outfit. Ever since she hooked up with Vladimir her outfits have been very hit or miss for me.

Hehe Vlad threw in some english when he was speaking! Interesting to watch I have never seen him speak before in either french or english. I've never found him attractive but he seems quite confident, charming and charismatic. Good find kellina!
